Abstract The article proposes the main stages of compiling mathematical models for calculating and analyzing dynamic thermal modes asynchronous motors in systems an automated frequency electric drive are described. application maximum principle Newton-Raphson method is given, as well solution problem using principle, which leads to a doubling number differential equations. Under these conditions, search initial values auxiliary functions by complicated circumstance associated primarily with convergence method, since region occupies small part coordinate space around desired optimal point. To determine required approximations, new variable shift steps proposed. proposed improving Newton – Rafson make it possible calculate control parameters frequency-controlled drive. Based on calculation results, curves basic starts motor constant flow mode optimization criteria terms speed minimum heating were obtained. On basis calculations analysis characteristics, practical conclusions made. results provide scientifically grounded recommendations developers, designers operators, allow improve energy performance indicators drives intended sectors national economy.
